Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "ace96" refers to the platform operator operating under international licensing. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who registers and uses ace96 services. "Platform" encompasses the website, mobile application, and all related services provided by ace96.

These terms and conditions form a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and ace96. This agreement governs access to all services available on the platform, including online casino games, sports betting, and all related financial activities such as deposits and withdrawals.

General conditions relating to bonuses are as follows:

Cashback will be credited to your account according to the set schedule. All cashback is subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting those requirements.

The security of user accounts is a shared responsibility between ace96 and each member. Users are fully responsible for:
